Hello. For many years now, I have worked at building my ideal version of what a private mental health practice should be. A practice that is focused and small. A focused practice allows for greater depth in your treatment, and a small practice allows for - quite simply - more service. That is what you and your loved ones can expect here. I have worked in private practice since 2014. I primarily practice within CBT, DBT, ACT, and EMDR orientations. I have also taught psychology at community colleges from 2012 through 2018. I loved the classroom, and try to use what I learned there in my therapy. I have also worked in hospital settings where I learned the importance of a systemic approach to treatment. People not only need a healthy internal environment (mind) and a healthy external environment to thrive. We can work together to achieve both.
